Gavin joins the specialist lender as BDM for the North of England, north Wales and Scotland.

He has over 17 years of experience in banking, mortgages and bridging having previously worked at the Bank of Ireland.

Tromans has been recruited by Oblix to take up the role of BDM for the Midlands and south Wales.

Prior to Oblix, he held similar roles at banks including Nationwide and more recently with bridging lenders in the Midlands.

The pair will report directly to Andy Reid, sales director at Oblix Capital (centre).
