The Taff Vale redevelopment comprises two new office blocks, a gateway building incorporating a library, a council customer contact point, café, community facilities and a new leisure and fitness centre.

The development will regenerate a former shopping precinct, which will provide 14,693m² of office space for over 1,000 people.

Enabling works started earlier this year, with Willmott Dixon set to commence construction of the new buildings.

This marks the latest scheme for Willmott Dixon delivered under the South and Mid Wales Construction (SEWSCAP) framework.
