Ben has 14 years of experience in the property industry and will deliver projects from tender through to practical completion and aftercare with the occupier.
He has helped to deliver a number of high-profile schemes, including a £20m acute day case surgical unit and a £16m four-storey car park for Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, for which Ben acted as strategic estates partner.

He gained a degree in construction management from the University of the West of England in Bristol, before joining Britannia Construction and moving on to Prime Developments as senior development manager.
Ben said that Stoford was a specialist in its field and was involved in a number of exciting, large-scale development projects, which made it a great time to join the growing company.
