The investment – for a site in Hampstead – is in partnership with a private equity firm.
The GDV of the development is anticipated to be more than £25m and it is scheduled to be completed by Q4 2020.
The site contains over 19,500 sq ft of internal area, with the units set to feature substantial landscaped gardens.
The development is located a short walk from Hampstead Heath and the amenities of Hampstead Village.
