The planning consultancy has appointed Phil Brogan (pictured above, right) and Theo Butt Philip (second right) to its strategic communications team.
The duo – who have more than 30 years of industry experience between them – will be responsible for delivering integrated communications strategies to help their clients achieve successful planning outcomes for high-value projects across London and the South East.
Kate Dowdall (centre) has joined Turley’s landscape and visual impact assessment team as a senior consultant.
She will be responsible for providing planning stage landscape consultancy on a wide range of developments.

Paul Kesslar-Lyne (left) has been appointed as associate director and Camilla Gersh (second left) as senior consultant in the heritage team.
