His appointment will enable the P2P lending platform to better serve its existing clients, as well as drive the acquisition of new borrowers.
Prior to joining Blend, Paul worked as a senior development finance originator at Octopus Property, where he focused on the sourcing and execution of development finance projects in residential, mixed-use and student accommodation schemes.
He previously served as a senior development manager at Churchmanor Estates in Ipswich.

Paul’s appointment follows the recent successful completion of a £10m funding round by Blend.
