Consero London will redevelop the site into Heathbourne Village, a £50m GDV premium residential scheme, comprising 41 residences set in landscaped grounds.
The Birchville Court site has planning permission for 41 residences, including 22 private sale apartments and penthouses, five private sale detached houses and 14 high-quality shared ownership and social rented homes.

The developer said that it planned to build future developments in locations including Sunningdale, Woking, Maidenhead and others currently under discussion.
