Project Etopia names new director

Project Etopia has appointed Alex Fink (pictured above) as a director.

Alex will be a board adviser to Joseph Daniels, CEO at Project Etopia, and be involved in developing the modular housing company’s global strategy.

Alex began his career at Lehman Brothers, and retains a role as the head of investor relations at British Pearl.

He is the son of Lord Stanley Fink, who is Project Etopia’s major investor.

The company is currently building 47 modular homes in Corby, Northamptonshire, with the first four houses nearly complete.

“Project Etopia is rapidly sending modular housebuilding mainstream,” said Alex.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for a young company to be in this sector and Joseph has done a tremendous job surrounding himself with people who will deliver his vision.”

Joseph added: “It’s great to have Alex on board.

“We’ve had tremendous support from the Fink family and Alex’s experience of developing businesses means he has the insights to help us drive the Etopia proposition forward.”
