The London-based developer revealed that the first three workspace schemes are to be in Colchester, Milton Keynes and Watford.

The Colchester scheme (pictured above) is a 5.7-acre site with a 50,000 sq ft two-storey development comprising 90 workspace units (phase one), and five other standalone traditional offices buildings (phase two).

The second project is a 2.19-acre site with a 50,000 sq ft development featuring 90 small business units in Milton Keynes, while the third is a 1.5-acre site with a 36,000 sq ft development comprising 45 business units in Watford.
These schemes have been designed through a collaboration between Evolve and architectural practice Bowman Riley.
Over the next five years, Evolve plans to build workspace schemes across London, the surrounding M25 commuter belt and Home Counties.
