Wildfire Property secures £850,000 development loan from Aldermore

Aldermore has agreed to provide an £850,000 property development loan to Wildfire Property.

The funding will be used for the construction of two semi-detached houses in Mortehoe, north Devon.

Chris Kirky-Bott, director at Wildfire Property, said: “We turned to Aldermore because of the unique construction, design and location of the project, which required a bespoke funding package.”

Greg Pescott, property development manager at Aldermore, added: “We strongly believe in continuing to invest in British property development through our lending, which is why we’re delighted to have partnered with Wildfire’s latest project.

“Experienced property developers like them are crucial in the drive to increase much-needed housing supply for first-time buyers and those looking to move up the property ladder.”
