Ian will start his new role at the regenerator of land and property for development and investment on 1st May.
The newly created post will support the ongoing growth and evolution of the business, and bring together the capital growth and income generation teams within a single management structure.

It will ensure that Harworth’s senior management team can support the appraisal and development of all new projects being generated by its regional teams, and allow it to maximise the opportunities for synergies between the existing strategic land and income teams.
