Coppergate provides £830,000 for Grade I-listed building renovations

Coppergate Property has provided over £830,000 of equity via a JV agreement with the developer for renovations at a Grade I-listed building in Bath.

The building at Sion Hill Place will be renovated by the developer, David Newton at Kersfield, to provide seven two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments.

The purchase of the property was completed in May with a target GDV of £6.75m.

David said: “We are delighted to be working with Coppergate to deliver what we anticipate will be the best luxury apartments scheme in one of the best locations in Bath.”

Charles Fletcher, director and co-founder of Coppergate, added: “We are very excited to launch our first project in Bath.

“We couldn’t have chosen a better location, and to be partnered with one of the leading luxury developers in Bath has made this an even more fantastic development for our investors."
