Richard joins from Barratt David Wilson Homes, where he served for 16 years, most recently as a regional operations director overseeing technical, commercial and construction functions across four divisions.
In his new role, Richard will be focused on advising on Backhouse’s operational strategy and guiding its implementation, while also supporting the expansion of the wider operations team.
