The housebuilder aims to be the lead developer on the scheme which also contains 19,000m2 of commercial space.
It is working with the council to deliver the project, which marks the largest planning consent secured by Inland Homes.
Inland Homes owns and controls 1,253 residential plots and 4,905m2 of commercial and educational space at Cheshunt Lakeside – together with its equal joint venture partner – with an estimated GDV of £620m.

More than £14m of planning contributions for new and upgraded public infrastructure and community facilities will be provided by the development, with the project aiming to boost the local economy by up to £16m a year through increased business activity.
The first reserved matters application for the delivery of 195 units will be submitted by Inland Homes in autumn this year and the demolition of existing buildings on site will begin before the end of the year.
