The scheme is part of a new phase of properties to be built at its existing village at Audley Inglewood in Kintbury, Berkshire.
The development would extend the existing village — which comprises 91 apartments and two cottages — with the construction of 21 two-bed, single-storey units.
A variety of technologies have been utilised to meet the energy demands of the existing village due to its rural location, with Audley Group creating its most sustainable development to date.

Each unit will be highly insulated and have roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, which will power LED lighting, sustainable heating and ventilation systems.
Any excess energy can be fed back to the National Grid.
