Paul Mathison, CEO at Create Group, said that the move to the new offices at 1 Neptune Court was a “major step” in its strategic plan and “coincides with the aggressive growth of 100 units expected in 2020 and the continued aim to be the standout builder in the residential market”.
Andrew Wright — who was appointed managing director earlier this year — added that it was a “key time” for Create Homes.
“With work starting on our two latest developments and more opportunities in the pipeline to be marketed in 2020, the business is growing at a rapid rate.
“The growth of our team has been instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality and high-specification properties.”
