Gerald Eve launches corporate finance division with £385m pipeline



Gerald Eve has announced the launch of its corporate finance division, with a debt transactions pipeline of £385m.

Gerald Eve Corporate Finance will provide advice for development finance, mezzanine, senior debt, equity and bridging. 

The new division consists of six advisers  and will operate as a standalone platform working closely with Gerald Eve’s capital markets and development and planning teams.

In August, Gerald Eve Corporate Finance became an appointed representative of Peritus.

Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, said: “I’m excited to see that we have built a strong pipeline of work in such a short space of time since launching Gerald Eve Corporate Finance.”

Darren Baker, CEO at Peritus  Corporate Finance, added: “We feel this is an exciting push forward and allows us to expand our commercial and development financing capabilities across the UK market while working alongside some of the best advisers in the business.
