Redfern is the latest listed building in NOMA, the mixed-use neighbourhood in Manchester city centre, to be redeveloped.
Nearly 25,000 sq. ft. of modern office space is now available to lease at Redfern, as well as 8,500 sq. ft. of mixed retail and leisure space.

In total, NOMA will provide 2.5m sq. ft. of both new-build and renovated office space, situated alongside housing and public realm, as well as retail and leisure opportunities

Federated Hermes is the investment manager of NOMA with MEPC.
Russells Construction led the construction work at Redfern, adhering to government guidelines on social distancing in the final stages.
