Charley joins the real estate advisory firm from Linkcity UK — the property development arm of Bouygues Construction — where he supported the development team in structuring and modelling debt and equity capital for a variety of property asset classes.

With a masters in risk management and finance, Charley is keen to utilise his skills “to work with Voltaire’s existing and future clients and to contributing to the growth plans of the business.”
James Thomlinson, co-founder of Voltaire Financial, commented that Charley was used to working on large, technical transactions, and the company was looking forward to him continuing to build Voltaire’s offering.
“Charley brings to Voltaire a sophisticated background in financial analysis, as well as expertise in working with a range of real estate and construction professionals across asset classes, including residential, PBSA, PFS, PRS, office and leisure,” he added.
Charley said he was “delighted” to join Voltaire, which he stated was known for its “deep relationships across the real estate industry”.
The firm’s key areas of expertise include complex residential-led, mixed-use development projects and hotel financing.
