Since its completion in 2018, 20 Farringdon Street has been fully leased by HB Reavis and is home to HubHub, The Berkeley Partnership, and TMF Group.
The developer has also acquired a prime development site in Shoreditch to further its pipeline and commitment to the UK market.

Its latest purchase in east London of Quick & Tower House is a circa 135,000 sq ft commercial redevelopment opportunity.
HB Reavis aspires to create a “vibrant workspace”, appealing to companies wanting to immerse themselves in Shoreditch’s creative neighbourhood.

The site is located on the corner of Worship Street and Clifton Street and will be accessed via a new public square within walking distance of Old Street, Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool Street stations.
The developer aims to approach the project with a “clear focus on sustainability, wellbeing and adoption of innovative workspace technology”.
Construction work is set to begin in early 2021.
