David — who is a chartered surveyor with nearly 30 years of real estate experience — will use his extensive market knowledge to help grow and develop the services provided to Peritus’ key partners and clients.

“David has worked at senior levels, both lender side and client side, and his knowledge and experience will improve what is already a market leading offering at Peritus.”
David was previously an investment agent at Gerald Eve, specialising in the City of London, before joining a HNW debt and equity advisory business, and then moving to RBS in 2005.
At the bank, David originated and structured senior and mezzanine loans ranging from £10m to over £1bn.
He latterly headed a team focussing on lending investment and development debt to private equity funds before leaving in 2018 to join tech start-up, Native Finance, to help create a platform for sourcing real estate finance.
