The loan — from an undisclosed lender — was secured at 92% LTC, at a blended rate of 8.3% and a 24-month loan term.
The two-bedroom flats will be developed by Kentish Projects, and are expected to be completed in spring 2022.
Prices for the houses will range from £800,000 to £1.5m.
