Nick joins Kinetic Capital from NatWest where he spent the past 14 years, primarily responsible for PBSA clients, originating in excess of £1.5bn of loans.
He brings a wealth of experience to the lender, having led on a broad range of facilities ranging from £10m to £500m.
In his new role, Nick will primarily focus on deal origination and managing core customer relationships to deliver the lender’s growth plans.
The appointment completes the senior leadership team alongside co-founder and CEO, Steve Grant, and director of credit, Ben Lynch — who joined the business earlier this year.

The lender will offer whole loans, mezzanine debt, bridging finance, and preferred equity, lending against development or investment properties.
