The property developer will also take a seat on the advisory board alongside FOOTPRINT's founders, Emily Day and Tim Pyne, and director, Sophie Law-Smith.
The event will be held in Brighton between 14th and 17th December 2021.
FOOTPRINT will welcome forward-thinking authorities, developers, investors, designers, consultants and contractors to collaborate to find economic, sustainable solutions that will shift UK planning policy and accelerate action against climate change.
Shadow minister Peter Kyle and Caroline Lucas MP have also pledged their support for the initiative.
By joining FOOTPRINT, Moda Living aims to encourage other businesses in the residential property sector to collaborate and make meaningful contributions against climate change.
The developer is already incorporating sustainable methods in its projects, including building on brownfield sites, adding electric car-charging hubs, bike cafes and car clubs to its schemes to reduce carbon footprint, and using low-energy white goods and appliances.

Moda recently launched its innovative technology-enabled facilities management with tech firm Utopi, using Internet of Things software to make its buildings smart and sustainable.
By extracting and aggregating valuable data, it is possible to monitor and reduce the carbon footprint of facilities management by remotely fixing issues, instead of sending an engineer to the site.
The company will also be adopting on-site energy production in photovoltaic solar panels and battery storage.
