The lender’s development finance team will now be accessible to property developers through the proptech system.
The digital platform, which quickly connects borrowers with 28 lenders, was set up to make it easier for developers to liaise with lenders.

Once developers make their funding applications online, filling out just one form for multiple lenders, the platform returns comparable lending estimates within two minutes.
