Lucy joined the company in November 2019 to lead the society’s HR department as head of people, before becoming interim COO in April 2020.
Throughout her time at Cambridge Building Society, Lucy has developed its various customer channels, which include 12 branches in and around Cambridge, its customer contact centre, online banking and mobile app, and its head office in Newmarket Road, Cambridge.
Her new position was confirmed this summer, following regulatory approval.
