Deborah has considerable property experience, having initially qualified as a property solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright and then holding a number of positions at various firms, including Regent Property Management.
She joins Magnet Capital from PSP Bolton, where she worked as an in-house solicitor.

This follows a period of growth for the development finance lender, which saw its loan book increase by 85% and its average loan size rise by 29% from March 2020 to March 2021.
It also saw a significant growth in the number of enquiries and the level of new business written.
