In his new role, he will support the company to execute its growth plans, as it looks to expand both in personnel and the markets in which it operates.
James has significant experience in running large banking teams, as well as designing and implementing company structures.
Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior roles at various companies, including Coutts & Co, Arbuthnot Latham and, most recently, Sandaire, where he worked as CEO.
