In her new role, she will drive J3’s strategic vision and build the business among the regional residential developer and SME market as part of the firm’s growth strategy.
Throughout her career, Daisy has arranged insurance for many large projects — including a £50m mixed-use Sheffield residential development — and supported a number of prime residential developers.
She joins J3 Advisory from London Belgravia Brokers, where she previously worked as a senior broker and head of desk.
“Having worked with J3 founders Jack Bristow, Johnny Leadsom, and James Mole previously, I know we work really well together, and I very much look forward to driving the growth of the business at such an exciting time,” said Daisy.

“All three founders of J3 are hugely knowledgeable and provide a new, integrated approach to finance and insurance, which is already adding real value to its developer client base.”
Jack added: “I am thrilled to be working with Daisy again.
“We agreed when starting J3 that a core principle exhibited by everyone had to be tenacity and a desire to push the ball forward every day.
“I’ve seen first-hand Daisy’s unwavering desire to make her clients the kings and queens of the work she undertakes, so I could not think of anyone more suited to helping us drive J3 forward.
“We’re bullish about the future of the UK property market, and we will be on hand to protect our clients and help enable their growth by delivering the right insurance advice and funding solutions.”
Johnny commented: “Daisy’s enthusiasm and understanding of our markets and the requirements of experienced developers is invaluable to us, and we are very pleased to welcome her to the leadership team.”
