The project will see the redevelopment of the former Royal Works site off Coleshill Street into two buildings comprising 137 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with shared facilities and landscaped gardens accessible for residents of both buildings.
The scheme will offer different tenure options across the affordability spectrum to fit the residents’ personal circumstances and needs — 85 of the apartments will be provided as either social rent or shared ownership.
