CrowdProperty surpasses £250m lending milestone

CrowdProperty has revealed it has lent over a quarter of a billion pounds since its launch.

To date, the specialist finance lender has agreed £330m of facilities, supporting the construction of approximately 2,700 homes.

Overall, CrowdProperty has now funded £600m worth of property development projects.

The milestones have been achieved following a record-breaking performance in September, when it completed over £14.3m of loans.

These funds facilitated the construction of residential property developments by SMEs across the UK.

Mike Bristow, CEO at CrowdProperty (pictured above), remarked: “I’m incredibly proud of the team for the effort and determination that has gone into achieving our latest milestones.

“Q3 2022 has seen fantastic, record-setting performance from the business in terms of lending and new facilities started on both volume and value bases.

“We’ve originated more than £130m in the last 12 months, and our conversion-weighted pipeline is now double what it was this time last year, as we continue to reliably support our customers to build more homes through diverse capital sources and deep property expertise.”
