CrowdProperty appoints new compliance chief



CrowdProperty has appointed Richard Sinfield (pictured above) as head of compliance in a bid to strengthen its investment offering.


Richard brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role, having previously held compliance positions at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.

At CrowdProperty, he will be tasked with overseeing the business’ commitment to upholding ethical standards and levels transparency.

Steve Morgan, CFO at CrowdProperty, said: “Richard’s expertise in compliance is second to none and the experience he brings in training staff and firms on their regulatory obligations and responsibilities will strengthen CrowdProperty’s position as the business continues to drive growth and scale rapidly.”
