ESE Capital launches commercial development investment portfolio

ESE Capital has expanded into the commercial development market with a range of projects that embrace the core principles of low-carbon sustainable development.

By using sustainable materials and modern methods of construction (MMC), the UK-based investment platform aims to speed up development time, while ensuring the commercial properties are built on sites that have low carbon footprints.

Its flagship offering is an eco-therapy wellness retreat, which aims to promote sustainable tourism.

Lucy Love, head of marketing at ESE Capital (pictured above), said: “Our motivation is very clear — to deliver projects that create a positive social, environmental, and economic impact.

“We are committed to [utilising] MMC within our developments, as this not only ensures that we are building in a more sustainable and energy-efficient manner, but it also gives us the ability to build quality developments faster than more traditional forms of construction.

“All our commercial developments remain sensitive to the local environment, are carbon neutral wherever possible, and give back to the local communities through increased jobs in the area.

“We are committed to upholding the United Nations 17 Sustainability Goals within our developments and strive to ensure that the projects we're working on will continue to benefit communities for generations to come.”

Gregory Baker, founder at ESE Capital, added: “ESE Capital is constantly keeping abreast of the latest eco and smart technologies that we can use within both our commercial and residential offerings.

“We continue to utilise sustainable materials and MMC to ensure our developments remain as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.

“Our focus now is to work on projects that we are passionate about and that have a huge positive environmental and social impact, as well as delivering a return on investment.

“We strive to create ecosystems that retain the identity of the location and long-term sustainability.”

ESE Capital was launched to deliver projects that create a positive social, environmental, and economic impact.

Over the past five year, its initial mission to deliver affordable housing across the UK has expanded to include projects focused on wellness, sport, education, and healthcare.
