Nigel brings over 30 years of experience in leading large-scale development projects, gained during his tenure at British Land as director and head of development — he will officially leave his role at British Land in summer this year.
In his new role, he will help Precede Capital’s team in sourcing, underwriting and managing large-scale loans for BTR, later living and PBSA developments.

Commenting on joining the Precede Capital board, Nigel said: “I look forward to supporting the team on loan selection and portfolio management, ensuring effective risk management across the lifecycle of our loans.”
