Maslow Capital funds £26m residential scheme in Salford



Maslow capital has provided a £26m facility to property developers, Forshaw Land & Property Group, to fund a 160-unit, 17 storey residential tower in Salford.


The “Pavilion Wharf” development is situated on Derwent Street, Salford, in the Greater Manchester area and consists of one- to three-bedroom units — with a car parking facility, shared work and living spaces and a gym.

The building is on the front of the river Irwell and is designed to minimise consumption of CO2 emissions — creating green spaces and a covered river facing terrace for residents.

Domis Construction has been appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the scheme.

Forshaw land & Property and Maslow Capital have previously partnered in delivering a 66-unit scheme in Manchester in 2019.

Sky Mapson, part of the origination team at Maslow Capital, who led the deal, said: " Salford's continued transformation is a testament to developers like the Forshaw Land & Property Group, who are helping shape the landscape of the area.
