The £12.4m third phase was delivered on a 24-acre site on behalf of national developer, Tungsten Properties.
This stage of the ‘Tungsten Park’ scheme consists of four single-storey warehouse units, which provide an extra 167,800 sq ft of space.
Each self-contained unit consists of office space, car parking, service yards, drainage, landscaping and facilities for incoming services — totalling more than 468,000 sq ft.

The park is located in an established commercial location on the western side of Witney — which is home to a wide range of occupiers, including Certikin, Meech Static Eliminators, Abbot Laboratories and Chris Hayter Transport.
The project took over three years to complete with work initially starting in February 2020, and the final phase commencing in June 2022.
Keir Edmonds, managing director at MCS Group, said: “It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work alongside Tungsten Properties to deliver [this] development.
“I’m sure the new occupiers will appreciate the excellent quality and facilities built into all 12 units.”
