Russell has over 20 years’ experience in finance services and joined HTB in 2018 as relationship manager, where he was a member of the development finance team which opened HTB’s Leeds office.
He was promoted to senior relationship manager in 2021, supporting the commercial director and mentoring younger members of the team and new joiners.
Harry joined HTB in 2021 as a relationship manager and following his promotion, is being tasked with creating new development finance business, mainly in the North of England.
Both Harry and Russell will manage discussions with HTB's credit risk team and credit committee — aiming to ensure the best deal outcomes and handling existing relationships with development finance customers and introducers.

Commenting on his promotion, Harry said: “After two years at HTB as a relationship manager and working with some of the best in the industry, it a pleasure to progress my career as a lending manager.
“Our development finance division has ambitious growth plans which I am excited to help implement, supporting property developers with projects in the North of England.”
Russell added: “I am excited about the opportunity to step up into the lending manager position at HTB and continue my growth within the Bank and the development finance industry as a whole.”
Neil Leitch, lending director of development finance at HTB, added: “Both Russell and Harry thoroughly deserved their promotion, and I can't wait to see them continuing to provide the sort of customer service that both they and HTB have come to be known for.”
