Tom joins Blackfinch from the banking and finance team at the law firm TLT where he advised a wide range of clients on debt finance transactions — prior to that, he trained and qualified at Osborne Clarke.

The appointment follows the hiring of Catherine Brennan as senior legal counsel for the same team in 2022.
