He joined the company around a year and a half ago from Homes England and will be supported by strategic advisor, Gordon More.
The promotion comes as LDS completes a record quarter, including its largest transaction to date at £15m which created 52 new homes in Leeds.

Mark Hawthorn, CEO at LDS, added: “Since Ben joined us last year he has driven growth across many areas of the business, so the promotion is a natural progression of his journey.
