Damian joins the lender from Tatton Investment Management and will be working with investment advisers to secure private market investment opportunities in the property sector.
His appointment comes weeks after Keiran Holmes joined the team as relationship manager, bringing the total headcount at PMJ to eight.

David Rainford, managing director at PMJ (pictured above, left), added: “Damian brings a significant level of insight and knowledge of the alternative investment market and will enable PMJ to work with more SME developers in providing funding options for residential development.”
Since the finance provider launched in 2014, it has lent over £100m to developers.
The business currently has a loan book of £73m.
