In her new role, Sarah will be tasked with winning the bank new development finance business and building long-term partnerships.

She brings 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector to the position, having joined RBS in 1998, working in a variety of customer-focused roles within the branch network before moving into commercial banking in 2005 as relationship development manager at Barclays, and then to Metro Bank in 2014 as commercial banking director of real estate.
Sarah joins HTB from Paragon Bank where she was a relationship director in the development finance team, and was responsible for transactions from £500,000 to £35m.

“I can’t wait to leverage my contacts within the banking industry to support HTB’s ambitious growth aspirations in development finance.”
