HTB boosts development finance team with new lending director

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Jessica Winstone-Adair (pictured above) as a lending director for London and the South East within its development finance division.

In her new role, she will acquire new development finance business for HTB, as well as develop those client relationships into longer-term partnerships.

Jessica brings over 24 years’ experience in the financial services and real estate sectors to the role, 16 of which were spent at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), working across corporate real estate finance, credit, origination and restructuring before being appointed a director for structured finance.

Most recently, Jessica was the owner of and developer for a property renovation and design business, working with a variety of HNW clients.

“I’m delighted to be joining HTB — it has an excellent combination of a fantastic development finance product, a significant reputation within the market and a strong team with outstanding leadership,” said Jessica.

“I’m looking forward to using my extensive experience and contacts in this role, in order to maximise new business opportunities for HTB’s development finance division.”

Alex Upton, managing director of development finance at HTB, added: “Jessica’s extensive 24 years’ experience in financial services and real estate sectors is hugely valued and plays an integral part in developing the valued, regional relationships into deeper partnerships that will have a positive impact on UK housing stock.

“Delivering the right product, and backing that up with exceptional service, can only be achieved by attracting the right talent that has the same focus, drive and energy to champion SME housebuilders across the regions — Jessica offers exactly that.”
