This follows the news that Inland Homes — the developer for the Cheshunt Lakeside scheme —issued a notice of an intention to appoint administrators.
The mixed-use scheme aimed to deliver a total of 1,725 new homes, including affordable housing, as well as 19,000 sq m of commercial and office space for local businesses.

The joint administrators will actively engage with all key stakeholders to assess all potential outcomes for the project, with the aim of maximising returns for creditors.
“The development represents a great residential and business opportunity for the local community,” said Rob.
“The joint administrators will work closely with Kroll's specialist real estate team to ensure the best possible outcome for the development.”
