In his new role, he will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with brokers and developers and driving new business in line with the company’s growth ambitions.
Richard joins LDS from his role as an investment director at London Wall Lending and, prior to this, held real estate finance positions at RBS and Qatar National Bank.
Richard commented: “Having spent many years in real estate finance, I am keenly aware of how unique and necessary the LDS offering is.

Based out of the London office, Richard’s appointment bolsters the relationship management team to five members.
