Since its move to a full partnerships model announced by the company in September 2023, Vistry is making good progress by focusing its operations on a high growth asset-light partnerships model across its 27 regional businesses.
Vistry continues to see strong demand for affordable housing and a notable increase in demand from PRS providers from Q4 2023.
