Little Chalfont Park will deliver 380 new low-carbon homes comprising 152 affordable homes.
This includes 80 for affordable rent, 34 for shared ownership, and 38 one-bedroom first homes discounted to 70% of their market value, to provide a diverse range of housing options for the community.
Nestled in the countryside, sustainability will be a central focus for this development with homes designed to reduce operational carbon emissions through energy-efficient and renewable technologies, such as air-source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels on roofs, and electric vehicle charging points for all properties.
