The 7,200 sqm Innovation Hub, a JV between East Lothian Council and Queen Margaret University (QMU), was granted planning permission last September.
The Innovation centre will host a range of tenants from the academic, research and industry sector.

The project is supported by £28.6m from the UK government and a further £1.4m from the Scottish government and £10m from East Lothian Council.
