Weston Homes sell all units at Seven Acres commercial development



Weston Homes has sold all units of its Seven Acres commercial park development in Takeley, five months after going to market.


The new business park located on the doorstep of Stansted Airport, consists of 12 commercial units, providing a total of 33,429 sq ft (3,105 sqm) of commercial space and 102 on site car parking spaces with EV charging points. 

Coke Gearing, the commercial agents appointed by Weston Homes, have successfully sold all 12 units to a range of business types. 

Construction is underway, with build completion scheduled for Q2 2024.

The units at Seven Acres are for use class E businesses and are arranged to provide tenants with either 2,786 sq ft or 5,571 sq ft of accommodation.

The unit specification includes a minimum eaves height of seven meters, steel portal frame construction, 50kn/m2 floor loading, three-phase power supply, electric full-height roller shutter access doors, electric security bollards, parking facilities, and EV charging points.
