Called The Planets, the residential development is situated in Woking.
This was part of the McKay portfolio acquired in May 2022, and it received planning consent for 366 units later that same year.

The £13m sum reflects an 18% premium for the site based on a March 2024 valuation.
Graham Clemett, CEO of Workspace, said: “This disposal is a further example of our strategy to continually recycle capital into our extensive project pipeline, while also strengthening our balance sheet.”
