Crest Nicholson launches part exchange offers on Bucks development

Crest Nicholson has launched three part exchange offers for its Claybourne development in Buckinghamshire.

The first will see the housebuilder act as a cash buyer, offering an 105% part exchange rate - with 100% being offered based on the property valuation, and an extra 5% of that price.

In addition to the ‘105% part exchange’ offer, Crest Nicholson is also offering ‘part exchange plus’ where the housebuilder will work closely with estate agents to place the buyer’s home on the open market. If not sold in four weeks, where Crest Nicholson will act as a cash buyer.

Crest Nicholson will also act as a cash buyer in its ‘part exchange’ — In this arrangement, the housebuilder will arrange valuations, deal with estate agents and pay their fees.

The housebuilder is holding an open event at the development in Steeple Claydon on 17th and 18th August between 10am and 5pm — five four- and five-bedroom developments remain available at the Claybourne development.

Eleanor Streeter, senior sales manager at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, said: “We expect the last homes to sell quickly, so would encourage any interested buyers to get in touch with a member of the sales team as soon as possible to find out more about our homes and the ways in which we can help you move.”
